Dokan new shipping table – some items not shown

Hi,
Dokan published new table rate type of shipping, and there are couple of checkboxes missing, these ones: https://prnt.sc/1zo5aep

Dokan instruction shows that there are some checkboxes: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/modules/dokan-table-rate-shipping/

Hello,

Do you have the same situation when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site? Could you provide a screenshot?
Provide URL of the mentioned page and temporary wp-admin access.

Hi,
this is a picture of Storefront theme on my testsite: https://prnt.sc/1zszkh7
Tese items are shown ok with Storefront. It could be the width of the table/page that is smaller with XStore?

I will add you temp admin rights.

Added below code to child theme style.css
```
table#dokan_shipping_rates td.checkbox, table#dokan_shipping_rates th.checkbox {
    display: table-cell;
}
```
