    Hello, I want to check when selecting an option in the product filters
    In the screenshot you can see how the brand filter has a selection , and the other filters are optionally missing ticks

    Hello,

    I can’t see your screenshot, unfortunately.
    The categories widget is not a filter. Neither WooCommerce nor our theme has filter by categories, there is only the categories list widget. If you need a filter widget you need to look for third-party filer plugins.

    I do not mean the categories, but the filters of 8 themes – gender filter. After pressing the box is not marked, but the filter by brand after pressing is marked with a tick

    Thanks for the reply.
    1/ Make sure that you are using the latest versions of the theme and Core plugin – https://prnt.sc/201ao0a
    2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
    3/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
