How to change sticky header background to same as bottom header?

My Buttom header background (menu background) is currently this https://ibb.co/z5dCBBL

but when I scroll down and up, I get a sticky header for menu on desktop with a different background like this https://ibb.co/w6t4WWH

Please help me how to change it?
