Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS > find below code
```
.prefooter .et-mailchimp input[type="email"] {
    background: transparent;
}
```
and replace with this one:
```
.prefooter .et-mailchimp input[type="email"] {
    background: transparent;
    color: #fff;
}
```
