Translation to portuguese BR not working

1. I’m not able to translate the site to Portuguese, in themeforest it says it has translation to Portuguese BR but I can’t make it work, I’ve never had this problem before with other themes. can you help me please?

2. another problem as attached, the best sellers menu photos located on the home page are not aligned, they are not in the same proportion I have already tested all the options within the desing part, please help me.

3. another problem in the footer I can’t change the color of the mailchimp newsletter registration form button. Can’t exchange?

4. I updated the xstore core plugin but now it asks to update the theme and even the theme is active with the key and everything does not appear update available on the panel, what would be the problem? I’m afraid to update in other ways. please help.

2/ About image size read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
3/ Edit Footer using Elementor > change colors in the custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/20×8586
4/ Do not update Core plugin before the theme update next time. Follow this article to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Don’t forget to make backup before update.

I try https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ did not work. i never had problems with translation with other themes before. Please i need more help from you guys.

about this https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ i tried too but i can acess this page, always open xstore panel and is chose the size there, in all site it works fine, just on the home page is not working. Please help too. I have tried looking for the solution but this tutorials dont work..

4 i uptade all that shows. the plugin came before the theme, how i could know?

And how about Xfilters i read on some comment that is not compatible with xstore, is true? i really needed to use that

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. Please open up separate topics for different questions, to prevent a mess in this one.

About translation, go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > edit translation, go to Loco translate > themes > XStore > edit translation of your language.

About image size of products, what exactly doesn’t work, describe the problem in more detail with screenshots.

Edit Footer using Elementor > settings of section > Advanced > XStore custom CSS code.

What about Xfilters? where and what did you read? describe your requests in more detail with screenshots, please.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.

I tried, you sent the tutorials and I followed the letter, on the sales page of the theme it clearly says that it has a translation into Portuguese BR but that's not what it seems, since the only option that apparently I would have would be to translate the entire site manually, that's right? Please fix that, I need the site in Portuguese now, it's not next week. is today. and I can't translate manually, even more if I bought something talking about having the translation! that's not fair. About the other questions i will open a new ticket. Please help me on this one ASAP

Translation works ok. Tell me what strings are not translated, please. Provide screenshots.

In the cart still have the option “change adress” not translated yet and the options for login and register and my account still not translated too. Please help me with that!

And on the cart have a sidebar about security, (right above the payment options on the right) that i think need to be translated manually but i dont find that sidebar anywhere can you guys help?
