We were having issues with our website so our web host checked the logs and they founds errors. Putting them in the private content area. Since we had a big sale coming up the day after you updated the theme, it’s not up to date yet because I didn’t want to risk problem. I can’t check for sure which version I installed but I can tell you, I was up to date until the new version of the 24.

We do not filter this function in our theme. Try to disable third-party plugins and check after that.
