Header menu keep wrapping – how can i stop it.

I created a horizontal navigation (menu) bar for my site. When I re-size my window to a size smaller than that of the bar, the menu items get wrapped and dosent change to the mobile version.
So can i stop it wrapping and/or set when it changes to mobile menu

In the xstore customise it works as expected but not when viweing the site

Hello,

Are you just resizing the browser window or checking on the real device? Because if you resize the window then you need to reload the page after resizing. So, either check the page on the real device or refresh the page after resizing.

Hi I’m resizing the browser window.
the devices work no problem tablet and mobile.
The reset of the page resizes as expected but just the menu wraps and goes into multiple lines

Refreshing the browser window after resize does not work.

Hello,

I’ve checked your header from desktop > resized the window and from a real mobile device and do not see the mentioned situation. What screen size do you mean?

Hi,

On devices tablet/mobile the menu displays correctly.

On a desktop if i reduct the browser window the menu wraps to 2/3 lines the more i reduce the size of the window and does not go to the mobile menu.

It would be great if i could attach an image on here to show you.

Hi,

When you re-size/reduct browser window, you need to reload page, click on https://prnt.sc/20xlrju and check the content then.
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.

different browsers/cache clears all the same.
Works fine in the xstore customiser just not on the site itself.

Hi,

It was a customer who spotted the issue when resizing.

I appriciate that it works on the devices themselves, its just not very responsive if it doesnt resize automatically, the same way it does in the customiser

Hello,

In this case, go to Theme Options > General > disable mobile optimization.
