Required hyperlinks for text tittles not for icons

Hi Team,
i have copied one section from about-us page and i added it in my landing page.
i am customizing it according to my requirement there i am facing one issue.
I couldn’t add hyperlink to that text

pls check the reverence

There is no such option for Hotspot title, you can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , or use Tooltip Content – https://prnt.sc/224iqyx
Or try to use other elements.
