We are using the Royal theme with woo commerce. It is mostly working great, but there are a few issues.
The first is that users delivery address is not being shown on the thank you page, order confirmation page, my account page etc.
Please could you help us remedy this.
Woo commerce setting is set to default to shipping address for delivery. i.e. ( not only ship to billing address option )

Your Woocommerce plugin is out of date.
Please update it.
Also you have other plugins of old versions. Please provide us with FTP credentials and we’ll update them for you.
By the way we recommend you to update the theme to 1.5.2 version.
Don’t forget to create a back up before update.

I have updated both woocommerce and plugins, as well as the theme to 1.5.2. This problem still persists.

I’ve updated the file my-address.php in wp-content/themes/woocommerce/myaccount directory.

The “thank you” page is a woo commerce end point and will only reflect correctly once you make a purchase. The site is in sandbox mode, so you will be able to make a purchase without paying.
Just choose a product , purchase it. select the payment type as Sisou Test Bank, and follow on. After you have made the “purchase” you will see the thank you page.
