Hi

Our second issue is that some terms are not being translated or showing the translated words.

Namely:

Top Menu Login/register links

Some items on the Checkout Page.

Please could you assist us with this.

I would like to translate the Login/ Register text. I believe it has been translated, but is not taking affect in the top menu.

See screen shot.

I would also like to translate:

– payment method
– shipping address

from the checkout page

Hello,

As I see you don’t have translation files in wp-content/themes/royal/languages directory. Also “$locale” is absent in wp-config.php file.
Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/1_how_to_translate how to translate the theme correctly.

Hi Eva

I have completed what you described, and copied the language files from /languages to wp-content/themes/royal/languages.

I have also added the $locale and WPLANG attributes to the wp-config.

Some of the items are translated, however, translations like, Log in, are still not displaying. Could you check that I have set this correctly.

Hello,

If you check default file default.po in wp-content/themes/royal/languages directory you’ll see “Sign In” text is present there, but in your file nl_NL.po it’s missed. So please follow our instruction carefully to translate the theme correctly:
