I want to change the domain license. How can I do?

I was trying to use it on WordPress multisite, but there was a problem, so I want to use it on a new domain.
However, even though I erased it from the previous domain, I can’t use the license because of the restriction.
How can I use it on my new domain?

Hello,

Try to activate theme now, please.
We have reset it and you can still use it. But keep in mind for future references:
You can use 1 license for 1 project (dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
