Footer not responsive & problems with the shop image display

Hello,

First of all, a big thank you for the theme, so far everything is clear and easy to setup.

I have a few problems:
The footer is not responsive on the mobile version:

Also on the products/shop page, I want the images to be responsive/as a square.
Right now they are not even next to eachother:

Changing the above in the customer does not fix the problem:
If I choose 1:1 it looks like this:

2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Masonry > Off. About image size read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ Regenerate thumbnails using plugin mentioned in our docs to apply settings. It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

Thank you, the product images I cannot really figure out, regenerating doesnt work.
Anyway, I will check this another time

Last question:
The top bar Email displays the last 2 letters with capital letters, this looks really strange, I do not see an option to change this.
