Demos Installed! But We Have Some Errors:

    I tried to import the demo,
    1) When reaches the required plugins step, always install failed.
    So I install all the plugins manually.

    2) When importing the pages, got the error as per below.

    pages not installed πŸ™

    widgets not installed πŸ™

    home_page not installed πŸ™

    posts not installed πŸ™

    products not installed πŸ™

    static-blocks not installed πŸ™

    contact-forms not installed πŸ™

    mailchimp not installed πŸ™

    media not installed πŸ™

    options not installed πŸ™

    menu not installed πŸ™

    elementor_globals not installed πŸ™

    slider not installed πŸ™

    et_multiple_headers not installed πŸ™

    et_multiple_conditions not installed πŸ™

    default_woocommerce_pages not installed πŸ™

    The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

    Thanks for using our theme.

    Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ ?

    Was XStore Core plugin installed successfully before the import?
    Make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Also, you do not need to install all bundled plugins from the start.
    Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will help you.
    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
    Please do the reset and reply with temporary access here. What demo version do you want to install? Do you prefer Elementor of WPBakery?

    Yes, all the requirement fulfilled.
    no 3rd-party plugins, I install xstore from a fresh install wordpress.

    Temporary access to my wordpress are provided in private content area.

    Please let me know what are the exact problem and how to solve the problem, just in case I wanted another demo.

    Hello,

    I’ve re-upload Core plugin and imported the demo. Check now. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Custom header is used on the Home page, go to Theme options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit header for the Front page. Here is a video about Multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
