I lost my WPBakery editor in Static Blocks

I canceled the plugin so that it goes back to normal but there is no point in it. The WPBakery editor is still hidden from Static Blocks. How do I get the editor back?

Hello,

What plugin was canceled? Describe in more detail what exactly you did before the problem occurred.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
