Update theme to 8.10 is not working with ftp

Hello,
I want to update to the latest version of xstore. But I get error with the FTP. Tried in the backend but also error. The strange thing is that there is now an other licensenumber than I have bought. Than tried to deativate the theme but that is not working. So I can not activate the theme with my license number. I never did switch to another domain. Can you fix this please.

Hello,

Seems you used nulled version of theme. Updated to the original one. Check now.
