Can I change all Add to cart buttons to “Show more”

I am wondering if I can change all Add to Cart buttons to be just buttons that show the product page?
This is because on my new site all cannot be bought via cart.

Hello,

You can disable this button via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements

Yes, I noticed I can disable the whole button, but there is no other option to change it to “see details” or something like that? My reference gets better success rates with webstores not going directly “add to cart”.

There is no option to change add to cart button. You can only add the one more button with link to product page by additional customization. Use WooCommerce hooks https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-archiveshopcat-page/ for these purposes if you have PHP skills or submit additional customization request here.
