Unable to change Menu color -The menu color is by default black

The menu color is by default black, I am able to change hover and active colour but there is no option change the main menu colour from black to anything else, I checked in typography and menu settings both

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Main header > WCAG Color
