Hello,

Do you have the same situation when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site?
Provide URL of the product and temporary wp-admin access.

Hello,

Nope, XStore is your active theme. But we ask you to test the mentioned problem with the default WordPress theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty or any other default WP theme to make sure that WooCommerce plugin works fine and the issue appears with XStore theme only.

To find out if theme is the reason we need to check how it works with the default WP theme. Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll check.

I have activated the official WooCommerce theme Storefront and it also does not display sale price https://prnt.sc/25yquhm So, XStore theme is not the reason of the problem. Contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
