Our website is hosted on an AWS server. It is upgraded to PHP version of 7.4 but our WP shows 5.6 version, due to which we are not able to install the new theme.
XStore theme was installed by your team through the backend – by your team.
Please guide how do we solve the issue.
Hello,
What version of PHP do you see if you visit WooCommerece > Status? If you see 5.6 version there then you did not change the PHP version for your WP installation and you need to contact your hosting provider to get help with this.
Regards
On Woocommerce it is showing 7.4 version.
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site, please.
