I can not update anything xstore. I have tried deactivating and clearing cache but still get this error.
An error occurred while updating XStore Core: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Do not forget to create a full backup before the update.
If you need our help with the update, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Also, confirm that backup is created.

I have tried the above and there is a backup. I have provided a temp login

Thanks for the reply. Please provide FTP access also. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.

1) You used nulled version of theme https://prnt.sc/26c08nx
This is the reason of the problem.

2) We can’t connect to your FTP to finish theme update https://prnt.sc/26c0apf
Please, provide us with the correct access to your FTP to proceed.
