Hello,
Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
We have added custom code to your child theme functions.php. Check now, please.

Hello,
It is working but could you please remove this part as well. (icon and -)

Also after it is done, since it is in my child theme (xStore Child) should I copy this code into active theme’s functions.php (xStore)?

Done.

Nope. Never change files of the parent theme. You will lose your changes after theme update. Always use only child theme if you want to make changes in files.

Hello,
“-” sign is removed thank you but the icon is still exist. Could you please remove the icon as well, if it is not possible please see below screenshot.

Thank you for me to understand parent and child theme difference.

Hello,
Actually it is working on xStore Child theme. When I activate xStore theme it is not working. Could you please check again.
Regards
Hello,
Yes, because there is no such option in our theme and we have implemented that by additional customization in child theme. Why do you switch to a parent theme? Why child theme is not suitable for you?
Regards
Hello,
Thank you for the additional customization.
I am trying to understand the logic behind parent and child theme. For example I use Loco Translate plugin for the translation should I translate xStore or xStore Child theme because
when there is new update I lose some translations. And each time that happens I have to translate again and again.

Hello,
You can read more about child theme and parent theme here https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ Google additional information if that post is not very clear for you.
To avoid problems with the translation you need to place translation files in system or custom directory https://prnt.sc/26h0zb8 Never use Custom directory because you will lose translation after theme/plugin update.
If you need to translate strings that were coded in the parent theme then you need to translate the parent theme. Child theme requires translation only if you added custom code with strings that should be translated in your child theme files. In this case you need to creat child theme pot file, place that in the child theme languages folder and proceed with the translation. But it’s not your case at this stage at least.
