Hello,

Keep Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources (Theme Options > Speed optimization) disabled https://prnt.sc/26f9afk It could be the reason of the mentioned issue in case you use cache plugin or CDN.

Clearing cache depends on the plugin you use. Check the cache plugin docs.
