Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
2) Provide us with the screenshot of the strings that you need to translate. Did you check the plugin settings? Maybe you just need to change texts there instead of looking them in pot file..

Thanks for wp-admin access. We need FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.
