Some of Shop Filter not working (Filter by Brand, Filter By Price)

    Hi,
    I am designing a shop and it seems some of the shop filters, like “Filter by Brand” and “Price” not working.

    Hello,

    Could you, please, create FTP access? We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.

    We’ve checked filters on your Shop page and do not see problems now. Please clear all cache and check one more time. Record a video of the problem.

    Hello,

    You need to click “Filter” for the Price widget – https://prnt.sc/26hcihr , then it works https://prnt.sc/26hcilb
    One of our developers will check problems with Brands and Categories widgets more deeply after the weekend. Please do not change access.

    It seems that filter by brand filters all products minus one. I ema if you have 7 products then it shows 6 and category issue after filter by brand is still there

    It seems there is also another error on favicon upload when CROPPING it shows error and does not let favicon to be uploaded.

    Hello,

    Our developers will try to check the filters issue ASAP but it may take up to 2 days because of the number of requests. Sorry for possible delay but take it into account.

    Issue with the image cropping is not related to theme because it does not work even with the default WP theme http://recordit.co/62EU7nYkI7 I suppose because of your server permissions. So, contact your hosting provider to fix that.

    Hello,

    We have fixed the Brands filter. Check now, please.
    Price filter. You used the default WooCommerce Price filter that does not have Ajax and requires clicking on the filter button (if you check your video). We removed that and added 8theme Price filter that works using Ajax filtering.
    Product categories. This widget is not the filter widget but a simple list of product categories. So, if you click the category after filtering by brand/price etc then you’ll be just redirected to category page because the default WooCommerce Product categories widget is not the filter, it’s list of links.
