Upgrade from to 4.9 to 8.0.12 – many bugs

Hi, i need help updating the theme. If I follow the instructions in your guide, the theme presents several problems and does not update correctly. I updated the plugins (revslider, j composer, et core plugin) and wordpress. I created a demo for testing.
Can you try to update the theme and see why there are problems?

Hello,

We made a lot of major changes in the theme after 4.x version. So, some styles will be changed after the update, header builder added etc. Please, make a total copy of the production site and don’t update theme or plugins there! and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your demo site. We’ll help you with the theme update there. You’ll check if everything is ok and only after that we’ll be able to update production.

Hello,

Have you already updated production site?
To help you with the production site update we need WP Dashboard and FTP access to production. We update site in 3 steps using old archives of theme for the options migration and only after that the final version. So, waiting for the production site access to help.

I migrated plugins and theme and updated wordpress as you did. Then I imported the demo options to the original site and upgraded without any problems. Thank you for your assistance!
