    Hello,
First of all thank you for your nice update.

I have 1 problem since your update and 1 question.

1: Since your update, I have an error message on the Loco translate plugin. This message is displayed on all my sites that have the xstore theme when I save or sync. It’s not blocking but the message persists.
    https://prnt.sc/26n1z99
2: You no longer offer the wp – roket plugin since installing plugins in plugin installer?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) It’s not related to theme update but to server permissions. I see that you set 705 permission for the folders https://prnt.sc/26ng99f and 604 for some files. But folders should have 755 and files 644 permissions. So, change that and try Loco translate after that. Also, don’t create multiple translations https://prnt.sc/26ngb1g Use only translation placed into the System folder. Don’t use the author directory.

    2) Our WP Rocket license is blocked. Plugin authors allowed using their plugin as bundled and then changed their minds once found that the theme is very popular. We are discussing unblocking our license with the plugin author. We don’t have information on how long it will take.

    Regards

    Hello,

Check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there? We are sure that this is something related to your server settings, it’s not a problem related to theme files. Did you check if you have this issue with the Storefront theme?

    Regards

    Hello,
I thank you for your message.
The culprit of the problem is wp-roket.
Can I leave my permissions in 755 and 644 of the server or go back?
    regards

    Hello,

You can keep 755 and 644 permissions https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/

    Hello Olga,

Following the change of permissions, I encounter a strange problem: my plugins update automatically when they are not activated. Should I restore my server? I looked at what I could do but couldn’t find a solution.

    regards

I’m surprised because I just received an update that must be done manually as usual. it looks random. I’ll keep you informed…
