Trying to fix product images sizes, to fit all the same.

Hello, I need some help.

Here is the website, still not ready: https://copyoffice.bg

We want to make the products size same, I mean currently some products images have bigger height and boxes of products are not same.

They should be all same in products page and all other places where is product appearing, but images must not get cutted.

Please help me with this, did not found this option.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

Can it be fully automatic, without the need of a graphics editor, still what graphics editor you can recommend for everything to be same size in product view.

I’ve seen other WordPress themes, automaticly fitting all images properly same sized.

What plugin do you use to create/edit translation? We would recommend Loco translate – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > create or edit translation for your language. Search for “Menu” string in the translation of Core plugin.

There is no such option in WooCommerce by default. You can implement that by additional customization of child theme https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/307786/separate-categories-from-wc-product-loop-when-display-type-is-set-to-both-on-the

WP Dashboard access that you provided in the very first message does not work and we can’t log in and check your translations. So, provide us with the correct access to help you.

Our developers implemented the option to show the categories in a separate row from the products https://prnt.sc/PudMFwWAd8IT

Could you, please, repeat the question that we missed? Because you ask different questions on the same topic and it causes misunderstanding. Please, create separate topics for the different issues.

Display categories apart from products: Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Shop page display products and categories > Categories Appearance option > Apart from products.

Hello,

I do not see the Loco translate plugin on your site. Do you use Poedit to create translation? Update translation files of Core plugin, then find and translate mentioned strings.
1/ Backup your translations files
2/ Open your translation files by using Poedit software
3/ Go to Menu > Catalog > Update from the pot file section and click
4/ Choose xstore-core.pot file and save
5/ Poedit will keep your existing translations and migrate translation file with the new system
6/ Now you can see new translation words on your file

Yes I have PoEdit PRO, I translated the .po file from there to bulgarian and placed the file, but the things i showed in my previous reply doesn’t get translated, so can you please try.

I now remember the question I wanted to ask you more.

For MOBILE version ONLY, the footer is NOT toggable only on Homepage, on every other page the Footer is toggable to show and hide it’s menu’s.

The function is enabled in Theme Options, but it works only for the other pages, except Home Page, you’ll see how on homepage, the menu is opened always and cannot toggle hide. I want it to be like on the other pages.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

You already have the access from a previous replies, but here it go again, yes I use WP Fast Cache, but I also tried disabling it though.

Issue was caused by WP Fastest Cache. I disabled plugin to flush cache and enabled that again and mobile widgets are ok. Check now.

But what do you mean by “their specifications of the product”?
