Built-in Email Builder not working for subscription

Hi

I’m using the Build-in Email Builder and it looks very nice!
Today I’m trying to build emails for subscriptions. But, in “Email type”, there’s no templates related to subscriptions. https://ibb.co/5j8m7rQ

After making a quick search, I’ve found this post below and seems to be the same issue, but couldn’t understand how to fix.

The plugin I’m using is YITH WooCommerce Subscription Premium.

I just renewed my support license to solve this issue and rated since you guys are awesome!

Hello,

You may use our element for Email builder -> WC Hook ( http://prntscr.com/26tle5p ) and select one of actions from it’s list -> http://prntscr.com/26tleju. If your plugin adds it’s actions for one of those then it will work for you, otherwise you may contact with plugin to get correct code to add as action for such hooks we have.

Another solution exists as well. As you may see we have custom shortcode for Correios Tracking Code (plugin) -> http://prntscr.com/26tlftw

We have filters to add custom shortcodes from any extra plugin ->
viwec_register_replace_shortcode
viwec_live_edit_shortcodes
viwec_register_preview_shortcode

So please, contact the plugin support and ask them if they can give you some code to make it work as you want to. You should know that we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins, and we already gave suggestions, as you may find above. Thanks for understanding our position.

Thanks for your help.
I totally understand regarding customization.
YITH couldn’t help me for that so I’m now looking for another solution.

I saw that the plugin below is in “Plugins Installer” section.
Will I be able to customize the emails from the builder when using this plugin?

Hope you didn’t forget me.

Btw, I’m considering to use another subscription plugin because emails aren’t sent with YITH after your modification.
If you can resolve this, would be just better.

I’m now sure that you are completely ignoring me.

Been left 5 days without any reply. Do you understand that this also mean that we’re refusing customers for 5 days to get their subscription!?
I’ve renewed my license just for getting this help, made a super review (which I don’t usually do), and let you make money. And on the other side, you’re making me lose money. What the hell is this? Totally no respect.
And since you have access to our WordPress, you can see that this website is generating money so we’re not joking when saying that you’re making us lose money.. we had no issues before changing the theme to Xstore so it’s really upsetting.
Of course I understood that it’s a third party plug-in etc., but now the issue is that after making your modification (thank you again for that), no subscription emails are sent both customers and admin. Including new subscription, cancel, and all of them.
So please kindly check and do the necessary so that subscription emails are sent properly to customers and admin. You can forget about giving me an advice on plugins, let’s just stick on YITH.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. We have a large number of requests during these days and reply may take some time, but your request is in the queue and it’s very important for us.
We have disabled possibility to edit extra email types with our builder in dashboard -> Snippets -> http://prntscr.com/26wbku9. So now there are only default email types that we provide from our theme and not extra (3d-party plugins) emails.
Please, check your subscription emails now and write us about the results.
If you still have any issues with the builder, you may disable it from XStore Control Panel and use default woocommerce emails.

Subscription emails still not sending. Please understand the goal is to be able to edit with the Builder, not just being able to send emails correctly. So disable from the control panel is absolutely not the solution.

So, is it better to have WooCommerce Subscription (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) ?
I see that post showing that it’s working (https://www.8theme.com/topic/built-in-email-builder-woo-subscription-email-templates-are-missing/)
