Shop sidebar problem: static block disappears after clicking

    Hello,

    In my shop sidebar widget, i have 2 problems:

    1- I added a static block ( it’s a lottie file), but this static block disappears after clicking on filter checkbox. (after clicking , the ajax loads and my bloc disappears).

    2- I want to increase the font size of the “clear all filters” button, because it’s too small on mobile device.

    Please find screenshots, WP admin credentials and FTP access inside the Private content area.

    Hello,

    1/ It’s related to Elementor plugin. They do not load static block styles (and do not allow init styles and scripts) if you use Ajax requests. So, contact Elementor plugin about this issue.     2/ Here is custom CSS code:

    .etheme-clear-all-filters{
        font-size: 1.05em !important;
    }

    The CSS for the problem 2/ works fine, thank you very much.

    About the problem 1/ , I’m actually using your new Xstore widget called “Lottie File”, and not the Elementor original one, is it the same problem?

    We tried to do that but currently, it can be done only via bad code practice, unfortunately, which we don’t want to do. So, this task is still under development. We’ll inform you once we find a good solution for the mentioned issue.
