Mega Menu Static Block Doesn’t Show at all

Hey there, I’ve created my mega menu using the WPBakery static blocks.
However, when I hover over the menu area the only thing that appears is a very short white empty box.: https://gyazo.com/b364d8da79d5268998508a66e63c2adb

I used to have just a regular mega menu created using the menu section and the drop down used to work ok.
However, now with the static block menu it simply doesn’t load at all.

Any tips on how to fix this please? I am sure I am missing something and it’s a setting somewhere perhaps.

Thanks for using our theme.
Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading > Off

Thank you but it still isn’t working, even after switching off the dropdown Ajax.

It does exactly the same as before

Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Because we are working on the staging site I believe you need to go through Siteground to access it.

You can login here: https://www.siteground.com/

You can use the login credentials provided and then go to Sitetools – WordPress – staging and login the staging dashboard through there.

Hello,

It looks like your static block was created using Elementor, but changed to WPB content later. It causes the problem. I’ve created a new static block “test”, set your content, and selected for menu, it works – https://prnt.sc/zY6wsBx6uv7Y So delete the old static block, re-name the test one, and change it depending on your needs using WPBakery.
