Check out problem in my site please help

Hi there,
I have a question. the customers have problems with checking out or ordering products cus the Email. Every time they should write their email and many customers do not have an email or can not remember it when the make an account to order things.
Is there a way to cancel this function, so that the customers can order easily ?
