Product image lightbox is not working - by Kinisis Web

Hello.
I have tried all the possible solutions of the forum about lightbox, but none of them helped me.

When I click on the product photo, it opens in a new browser tab and not as lightbox.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser and CDN cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Did you do custom changes in child theme files?

Hi.
I am on development phase, so I don’t use any cache plugins yet.
I disabled one by one all the installed plugins, included wpml, elementor but nothing happened. The issue remains.
None CDN use. None custom changes.

Any other advice or support?
