Style.css and rtl.css files from child theme wasn’t loaded

Hello,

I have notice that some internal pages doesn’t load these files: style.css and rtl.css, when I open them on my phone, and I have try “Blisk” browser to simulate my phone, and I have got the same results.

As you can see:

From what might the problem be? do you have an idea?
