How can I have the display of my category on the side bar

Hi.
When I am editing my website the categories are showing on the side (as I wish). Photo attached
But when I navigated from an incognito page, it shows as a hidden/showing display. How can I change it back to what I can see when I am editing.

Hello,

Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content Optimization option.

The fact is that a display on a computer. Not a cellphone. Is it the same thing to change?

We do not see the problem even via incognito browser – https://gyazo.com/d58b7dc27b0ca5666db9f4d446dea1a9
Try to check from another device.
If the problem persists, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
