When a new order is placed, the customer does not receive an e-mail. (

We do not receive an order notification. I read the forms. I don’t want to setup custom smtp server. Can you give information about general settings?

The settings are posted in the picture. We also contacted our hosting server. mails are coming and going, there is no problem with the server.

Emails are the default WooCommerce option. Do you have the mentioned issue while any other WordPress theme is activated? Storefront for example?
