but the countdown on my home page is a shortcode, no such setting options, just a shortcode here.

Can you change the shortcode to element? Why do you prefer to use the shortcode?
Here is an example of shortcode [countdown scheme="dark" year="2023" day="2" hour="2" minute="2"]

Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
