Preview blured images shop page / please check on windows

Blured images.

Hi. I have a odd problem with the shop images on shop page.

I have this problem on al my websites that run on xstore.

On mac, all images are ok.

On windows, the problem is:

1. when I go on the shop page (with all the products) the preview of the image is blurry.

2. when I click a image and go to product page, image is ok.

3. When I go back from the product page to shop page, all preview are ok, perfect quality.

Please help me, this is a serious problem

Hello,

We’ve checked on windows and all is fine. What browser do you use? Make sure that the browser is not very old. Clear cache of the browser.
Could you record a video of the problem?
Try to change Images Loading Type in Theme Options -> Speed Optimization.
