Translation of promo texts in header with WPML

Hello.

I have exactly the same issue with the ticket: https://www.8theme.com/topic/promo-text-translation-in-wpml/#post-277276

I have posted 2 main English promo texts in header in the xstore panel, but I can not translate them into Greek with WPML.

Please provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Use admin strings translator to add admin strings and translate them https://gyazo.com/a3aa2c782ccd3755100350fdd8c1af17

But I see that you have js error in console https://gyazo.com/1002fa492d3bc168a5ad574540a98784
So, contact WPML plugin support to get help with that error. After that you’ll be able to add strings to string translator

Hello.
I have done what you suggest many times, but the translation still does not appear.
Specifically, the translation of the second promo text is displayed ([theme_mods_shopforyouwa] [promo_text_package] [1] text) -> “View all SPECIAL OFFERS”
but the translation of the first promo text is never displayed ([theme_mods_shopforyouwa] [promo_text_package] [0] -> “Free shipping on orders € 50 and over” although I repeat, I enter the translations through admin strings.

Finally, my console does not display any js error.

I added a html block to the header, and so I added the text with its translation.

Hello,

Contact WPML support to find out why that text can’t be added to string translator. Because I check that, press the button to add but once reload it’s still is not marked like added. So, WPML support should help you with this.
