I would like to place a call to action in the header area: like “Call 088-0540000”.

Is this possible without using the top bar?

    Cheers,
    Robin

That is a pity. Thanks for your prompt response.

Is there a way a skilled developer can do this or is it possible with a plugin?

    Cheers,
    Robin

    Hello,

you can try to add static block, add ‘Call to action’ visual composer element to it and add this static block to ‘place in header top bar’ widget area.

Static blocks can be created in Dashboard > Static blocks.
If Visual Composer will not appear at Static blocks section, you need to manually enable it for static blocks by navigating to Dashboard > Settings > Visual Composer > General Settings > Content types and enable ‘staticblocks’ checkbox.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

Hi Stan, thanks for the suggestion but that did not work. Probably because I am using header type 10 and not using the top-bar as I do not want it in the design.
    Cheers,
    Robin
