How can I protect my contact form from spam

Hi
I have used Xstore for a while and I am very happy but not sure how I can protect my contact form (7) that comes with the theme.
I received lots of spam even though I have activated Askimet, I still receive several per day.
Thanks for your help/

You can enable reCaptcha for the contact form https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/
