Demo Import can not be Imported nor downloaded

Hi

I need to import demo content “Green Energy” .. which repeatedly failed and showed me below messages.

pages not installed 🙁
posts not installed 🙁
products not installed 🙁
static-blocks not installed 🙁
contact-forms not installed 🙁
mailchimp not installed 🙁
media not installed 🙁
menu not installed 🙁

Also I was not able to download the demo content from “Download” area in “My Account”.. I had downloaded this “XStore – All Files, Full Archive” but this did not have the demo content I was looking for.

Plz help asap.

Hello,

Was XStore Core plugin activated successfully? Also, make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will help you.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/ecoenergy/

Hi,

XStore Core plugin was activated successfully.

We do not have any third-party plugin installed and this is a fresh WordPress installation.

I have added Admin credentials in Private Content Area .. Kindly take a look.

Hello,

I see that you use nulled version of theme https://prnt.sc/brNi0HKMc1dU
This is the reason of the issue.
So, remove the nulled version of theme and XStore core plugin and install the licensed one.
Reply back after that.
