Has 2 categories selected
CITY BIKE (mestna kolesa) > ELECTRIC BIKES > WOMEN ELECTRIC BIKE (zenska elektricna kolesa)

and
CITY BIKE (mestna kolesa) > WOMAN BIKES (zenska kolesa)

however product is only shown in 1 category
https://www.kolesa-newbike.si/mestna-kolesa/elektricna-kolesa/zenska-elektricna-kolesa/

and not in the other
https://www.kolesa-newbike.si/mestna-kolesa/zenska-kolesa/

But also, when you filter in the category it is shown with this atribute, it is not found

Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table > regenerate all the products you have and try to filter after that.

We only solved the filtering problem, the product is still not showing in a category

It displays in both categories but for the second category it displays on the second page. Check the screenshot in the private content area.
