Hi I keep getting a Internal Server Error, message, but when i deactivate the plugins my site works perfectly fine, i am assuming I’m having an issue with my plugins, the only plugin I’ve downloaded is mail chimp, but the rest are the ones required and recommended by the theme. Please help.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

ok.
hello, I still have not heard back from you guys, it is important that I get the site up and running but I can not do so with it not working. Please advise me.
Hello,
Could you please ask your host to check error logs on a server to find out what is causing the problem? Or provide us with error logs files to check.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
When the hosting provider disabled my plugins the site began to work, therefore if you visit the site right now the site works, but does not function properly because of the inactivated plugins. They told me its an issue with one of the plugins on my site, because the moment the plugins are activated the site goes down. I had not received updates to the plugins you guys offer, so I do not know if that is an issue.
Okay, so I was reactivating plugin by plugin and testing the site each time, to see which plugin was the issue. It seems that after I activate the woo commerce plugin, my site goes down and I get the internal error issue. So the issue seems to be with the woo commerce plugin, but I do not know if its because the necessary plugins are not updated, the ones that you guys provide.
Hello,
We’ve tested Woocommerce plugin as well, that’s why we need to see error logs what is causing the conflict.
Could you please ask your host to check the logs?
Thank you.

I just went ahead and spoke to my hosting company (go daddy) and they told me that the hosting plan that I have does not have access to error logs because there is no cpanel for my hosting because its just admin panel and WordPress files through sftp access.. They believe that it is a content-based error because I do not get the same error with another theme. I was provided with these error messages that show up on the site after disabling the woo commerce plugin,
Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, object given in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/56/2374456/html/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/shortcodes.php on line 354

Hi, is there still no news on the issue? My site has been down for the last 5 days, and I have not been able to finish working on it…I would have expected this to be resolved by now.
