Hi guys,
I just renewed my support. I hope someone could take a look on my website again.
The problem i’m getting with my second Xstore site is 500 errors / Slow loading especially when editing the site.. Eversince i launched this site i’m getting this but lately i’m tired of getting this error since the other Xstore site is not like this. the first one loads quick. no errors even using it simultaneously (open multiple pages etc).
I’m not sure what causing this problem but it’s there! If i use the site like loading 2-3 pages at the same time i will get 500 error. I had to wait before reloading it again. I guess my visitors are getting the same problem as well.
Like i said. I don’t have this problem on the first Xstore site that i made/manage.. Why i’m getting this from my second site? Almost same settings from the previous one… Can someone check this for me? It’s very annoying.
This site are always updated etc… Let me know what you need to check the site.

Contact your hosting provider to get more information about that. They should be able to guide you and tell you what happens. I suppose that you reach some server limit and it caused the problem.
If you are getting the 500 error in Customizer – Contact your hosting support to get help with the increase of SubstituteMaxLineLength. As a rule, this limit caused the 500 error of the Customizer. To be 100% sure provide us with the server error logs. There should be the error that explains what limit is reached.

Contacted my hosting provider. They told me to contact you.
It’s very mysterious why this website is having problem but the first one is doing great.
They told me to contact you. It seems like the elementor and other major plugins is the culprit.
Edit: even your support site is having the same problem. 🙁

Working on maintenance right now. trying to figure what is the problem. I deleted elementor and the site can take multiple stuff going.
By the way, what did you do to my website?

I removed the XStore core plugin and reinstalled that because the error log file displays that some core files of the plugin were missing. After that, I installed the Elementor plugin and checked the page editing and it was ok.

I got a response from my hosting.
They added the SubstituteMaxLineLength
It seems like one or more scripts are eating up CPU usage on this website.
I’ll make an observation this week. I’ll also try to contact Yoast. Elementor also has problem with my site.
If you notice, the site is loading too slow compare to showcasecarpet which is almost identical to onthecornermanila. Right now i just loaded the site on my browser and this is the usage. https://prnt.sc/74nTiQILG6Ic 🙁
Tried deactivating YOAST right now. will keep you updated

Site seems to be loading faster than before. But still observing.
I reinstalled the yoast seo plugin. it seems like there is a complict with JSON on the theme? This might be the culprit why my site is loading so slow and eating lots of resources when installed. Can you check for me please?

UPDATE.
I’ve been able to fix YOAST plugin. will still make an observation.
The Yoast SEO plugin is having complict with my SSL plugin. Now it’s fix. Hope the site will run much faster. I’ll keep you updated.

What errors in the server error logs do you get while facing 500 errors. Because statistics screenshot gives us nothing, the only error log is important.

another error 500 just right now while adding products on my website
this seem unsuall since i dont use the site pages in multiple times. Just one page just adding products. Before i could see this error messages when i’m multitasking (loading pages at the same time)
This problem just occur after i updated the whole plugins yesterday.

As you can see from the error logs you have 2 types of errors:
1) Memory limit error
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8183808 bytes) in /public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5219
2) Error of the Litespeed cache plugin
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/src/debug2.cls.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/autoload.php on line 35
So, contact your hosting provider to increase the memory limit and also Litespeed cache plugin author.

Got another 500 error… This is so very disappointing. Nots ure wether the theme, plugins or even the host has the problem. The other site i use your theme is working as it should. But not the other one. not sure why..

Contact your hosting provider support, please. Because all these errors are related to server settings and server limits or to the third-party cache and optimization plugins, not to theme files. So, hosting support should take a closer look at these errors and help to fix problems with the permissions and memory limits.

Hi olga, not sure if this is hosting related but please check the last error i got while adding products… I can upgrade my hosting but this is weird. The other site which i use your theme is working properly.
The critical error occured while adding an order to my website. i’m sure it won’t eat up memory while just adding an order?
et-core-plugin isnt this xstore?

You need to contact your hosting provider because the error tells that Failed opening required /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/shortcodes/portfolio.php.
As a rule, this happens if the file does not exist but it’s not your case https://prnt.sc/4hLIINh_csW_ so, then something is wrong with the file permissions. Hosting support needs to take a look at this carefully.
