Hello
Together with the template there is Subscriptio plugin. It’s not bad, but it starts subscriptions when it’s paid. It does not allow manual changes to subscription dates. I need this functionality because sometimes the subscription period does not match the payment date.
I know it’s not your plug – but do you have any suggestions on this?
I can use WooCommerce Subscriptions. Allows you to manually change subscription dates, but:
1. It’s an expensive plug
2. It does not send e-mail notifications before the subscription expires like Subcriptio.
So that’s not a good solution either.
While searching the internet, I found a plug that has all of the above functionalities (but I haven’t tested it yet): https://www.webtoffee.com/product/woocommerce-subscriptions/
Maybe you should consider changing Subscriptio to this plugin as part of Xstore?

Pawel
Hello
Yet another problem with Xstore is Built-in Email Builder:
After enabling it, emails from the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin are not available. It is related to the above problem, it makes it practically impossible to use this plugin with your Email Builder enabled.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Point is that we can’t include the third-party plugin without the permission of the plugin author. We don’t have such permission from the plugin that you mentioned. So, you can use it only by buying a personal plugin license.
About Subscriptio plugin emails. Unfortunately, this plugin does not support email builder, issue discussed with other customer here https://www.8theme.com/topic/subscriptio-custom-email-builder-emails-are-missing-from-options/#post-323088
So, don’t create email templates for the Subscriptio plugin emails using email builder, use the default emails of that plugin.
