Hi, I imported a few elementor demo sites after following the instructions. Demos get imported fine but when the site is actually loading, it is not at all same as the public demo. Please help.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import.

    Hello,

It looks like the problem was caused by incorrect installation of the Core plugin, It can be fixed via FTP. But we can’t connect. Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself. Is it SFTP? Is there any restriction by ip? What port should we use? What is the path to the plugin folder?

    Regards

Hi, Core plugin did have a problem. When I tried to install it from the theme itself, it said plugin cannot be installed. Then I uploaded to the plugins folder from the content available inside the theme zip. FTP is used and I have given the root. No special IPs or ports. I use bitwise SSH to connect. You can use my client if required. Thanks

    Hello,

Core plugin works fine for many of our customers.
    We can’t connect still

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Please download Core from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ , unzip the archive and reupload it via FTP into wp-content/plugins folder. Let us know once it will be done.

    Regards

Hi, before posting here I tried one more time with no success.

You can SSH to the server with online tool https://www.net2ftp.com/index.php This works for sure. Xstore core unzipped and uploaded as instructed.
Login details as the same. Please help. You can do anything to the server or WP installation. Nothing else is there. Thanks

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
I was not able to connect FTP, to check the problem more deeply, so I’ve just run the import and fixed the content of some pages/static blocks separately using the import of templates manually.

    Regards
