Hi there,
I’m trying to upload custom font from theme control panel but when I click on “Custom Fonts” I get a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Can you help?
Thanks,
Chris
Hello,
Make sure that XStore Core plugin is activated.
Regards
Hi,
thanks for replying. The weird thing is that I activate it, I click somewhere and then it deactivates again. So again I get the same message on custom fonts, kind of a loop.
Hi,
any news? Sorry for the pressure, but it’s kind of urgent.
Thanks.
Hello,
Provide us with your FTP access, please. Because the plugin is activated but the system does not recognize that it’s activated. We need to check the issue in more detail.
Regards
Please find attached the ftp details
Hello,
We found that Elementor Pro also displays the message that the Elementor plugin is not activated even if it’s activated https://gyazo.com/e94897ff1462e210e9c4ee34b9676c9e And it happens even with the default theme which means that XStore theme is not the reason of the issue.
Also, as I can see that if I change the permalinks type from Post name to Plain both errors disappear. So, something is wrong with the server settings or with the .htaccess rules. Contact hosting provider to get help with this issue. We can’t fix that from theme side because our theme is not the reason of the problem.
Regards
