Shopping cart – how edit free shipping text

Hi, please advise how to change the circled section. I have looked and looked but can’t find the option to do so. https://prnt.sc/Fr92wiS3OByp

Also, I closed an earlier topic too soon. I wanted to change the from the icon add to cart to text based button. When I updated the setting below, which you provided, the whole add to card section disappeared?

2/ Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Add To Cart With Quantity > off

Hello,

1/ Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > edit the Mini cart promo message (Text tab)
2/ Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
