Customizer header and footer and mobile version

Hello,

i’ve 3 questions, many thanks in advance for your help!

1) i like to change the hoover colour of my main menu in color #47b738, and the background in black, when i change it with the customizer and publish, it always disappear and set to the previous colours …
i also have this issues when i make adaptations in the footer

2) How can i change the colour of the button “verzenden” on the contact page? http://huislook.be/contact/

3) the mobile version is a completely other thing than the website how it is now, i just want to display the same website on desktop as on mobile. can you help me please?

Hello,

1/ Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Cache and Static Blocks Cache > Off. Also, clear cache of your browser
2/ Edit page > custom CSS for page > https://prnt.sc/jcrci4hyG3SC
3/ Go to Plugins > disable XStore AMP
