Hello, so my issue is that on the brand product pages (ex. vans or nike etc.) all the filters are showing including trucks size or deck size even if in the brand product page trucks or decks not exist.
So i want product filters to show only if associated product variations exist.
Thanks.
Hello,
Could you, please, check if you have the same issue with the tags pages on your site?
Regards
Hello,
The issues does not exist in tags or category pages, only in brand pages.
(i dont know if this might be related but we dont use woocommerce native brand function. Instead we have a plugin called Perfect Brands for WooCommerce that does the job)
Hello,
Do you mean that you don’t use the theme built-in brand option but a third-party plugin for the brand? Then you need to contact the plugin author about the mentioned issue. We are able to help only in case issue happens with our built-in option.
Regards
Hello,
Understood.
One last thing, is there a way to export/transfer the brands (linked with products) from the 3rd party plugin ( Perfect Brands for WooCommerce ) to the xstore built-in brands option?
Thanks!
Hello,
I’m not sure about the export of the brands because we are not developers of the plugin that you are talking about but if you want to import brands from the csv file you can use the All WP import plugin.
Regards
